Postvoro is a social media management platform that helps users prepare content, connect authorized social accounts, manage approvals, and organize publishing workflows. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how users can request deletion.
1. Information we collect
- Account information such as name, email address, workspace name, role, and login details used to access Postvoro.
- Social account information that the user chooses to connect, including Facebook Page identifiers, Page names, profile metadata, access tokens, granted permissions, and connection status.
- Content prepared inside Postvoro, including post drafts, captions, media references, approval decisions, scheduling data, and audit logs.
- Technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as request logs, timestamps, browser information, and security events.
2. How we use information
- To let users manage brands, social accounts, drafts, approvals, and publishing workflows from Postvoro.
- To display connected Facebook Pages selected by the user and prepare posts for the Pages they manage.
- To keep an approval workflow before any real publishing action is enabled.
- To troubleshoot the service, improve reliability, secure accounts, and maintain an audit trail of important actions.
3. Meta and Facebook data
- Postvoro only requests Meta permissions that are needed for the feature being used. In the current review preparation version, real publishing is locked until Meta validates pages_manage_posts.
- Postvoro reads authorized Facebook Pages using permissions such as pages_show_list and related read permissions granted by the user.
- Postvoro does not sell Meta data and does not publish to Facebook automatically without an internal approval workflow and an explicit publishing action.
4. Sharing and processors
- We do not sell personal data. We may use hosting, database, analytics, email, storage, and security providers to operate Postvoro.
- Data may be shared only when required to provide the service, comply with the law, protect Postvoro, or with the user’s direction.
5. Data retention and deletion
- We keep account, workspace, social connection, post, approval, and audit data for as long as needed to provide the service and maintain business records.
- A user can request deletion of their account or connected social data using the instructions on the Data Deletion page.
6. Contact
- For privacy questions or data deletion requests, contact Postvoro support at: privacy@postvoro.com.
