How to request deletion
Postvoro users can request deletion of their account data and connected social account data. The request can be sent by email, and users can also remove Postvoro from their Meta or Facebook connected apps settings.
1. Send a deletion request
Email privacy@postvoro.com with the subject: Postvoro data deletion request. Include the email address used for your Postvoro account and the workspace or brand name concerned.
2. Specify what should be deleted
You can request deletion of your Postvoro account, a workspace, a brand, post drafts, approval history, or connected social account data such as Facebook Page tokens and permissions stored by Postvoro.
3. Disconnect Meta access
You can also remove Postvoro access from your Facebook or Meta account settings. This stops future access from Postvoro to the connected Pages.
4. Confirmation
After verifying the request, Postvoro will delete or anonymize the relevant data and confirm completion by email. Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Data that may be deleted
- Workspace and user profile details
- Connected social account records
- Facebook Page identifiers and Page metadata stored by Postvoro
- Stored access and refresh tokens, when applicable
- Post drafts, approval decisions, and audit logs, subject to required retention rules
